the end of august

Now that we have a system and a focus, let's follow up on our progress with the plan...

Evennia Tutorials - I'm on schedule right now. If all goes as I have planned and suspect, I should complete part 3 of the Tutorial in the beginning of October. But that's at the slower rate of basically one chunk of the tutorial a week. So going to miss the "end of August" mark, but I'm hoping to push things ahead of schedule soon and be able to finish up the educational stuff for the MUD in September.

Either way, once complete, there should be a stable "game" - but it won't be the game I want to put out there to the world. But that is when and where the "real work" will begin and I won't be able to hide behind procrasducation any more. I'll have some examples to try and extrapolate from, but it's all me from there.

Though I will fully admit that there's a pretty big distraction from it all at the moment, because we have a new visa application to file here in New Zealand in a couple weeks, so it's a fun time of filling out paperwork and scanning documents. Woo.

Alright, time to get back to work.
